Sheila Quinn is a lifelong Townships dweller with a passion for creativity, pop culture, theatre, music and dance.

Sheila was a columnist with The Record, writing her weekly column,

Dishpan Hands, for seventeen years, that enjoyed a five-year pairing with DH Radio, that Sheila produced and hosted with CJMQ radio station. She is a member of Knowlton Players, with roles in Mamma Mia, The Wizard of Oz, Drama at the Museum, Annie, This Old House, MacBeth And All That, and is currently on the KP Board of Directors.

She is the mother of two sons and stepmother to two more, and plays human host to her three cats, Pixie, Mercury and Rhapsody. Native of the Richmond area of the 'Ships, she has called Knowlton home since 2012.

Sheila is a Special Care Counselor by trade, and has enjoyed extremely varied employment as a result, from work in mental health to high school librarian to funeral director.

She is thrilled to be involved with this year's edition of the Knowlton Literary Festival!
