Please do not purchase tickets from Instagram, Facebook or other online locations other than those listed above. We cannot be responsible for tickets purchased from unapproved sources.
All ticket sales are final. If you need to cancel a ticket, please contact Brome Lake Books at: 450 242-2242.

You will require either a paper QR code or a digital QR code to gain access to an event.
Tickets cannot be held for people at the box office. If you purchased tickets for a group, you must distribute the tickets to your group in advance, or wait for them to arrive.

Knowlton is a village, and speed limits are slower than in a larger city. Please take care around schools and in the downtown core.
You are in the country... enjoy being part of our community and life at a slower pace!
Walking between Brome Lake Books (village centre) and the Center Lac-Brome takes about 30 minutes, and there are sidewalks.
Walking between Brome Lake Books (village centre) and the Theatre Lac-Brome takes about 5 minutes. Please take care when crossing the intersection of Lakeside and Knowlton Roads, as there on not sidewalks south of Knowlton Road.
There is limited parking behind Brome Lake Books and at Centre Lac-Brome. You might consider carpooling for the Centre Lac-Brome.
There is additonal parking in the village core (please look for signs), and at the Theatre Lac-Brome (off of Mont Echo).
@ Brome Lake Books:
- There is limited parking behind the bookstore at 45, ch. Lakeside.
- There is limited public parking on the west side of Lakeside.
- There is also Municipal Parking on the west side of Lakeside, close to the bookstore, in the downtown core.
@ Brome Lake Community Centre:
- There is limited parking at the front and back of the Community Centre.
- There is also parking along the west side.
- Please be respectful of handicap and restricted/reserved parking spots.
@ Theatre Lac-Brome:
- There is parking at the front of the Theatre. The entrance is off of Mont-Echo
Thursday evening, on October 15, 2026, at the Brome Lake Books Local Authors event, there will be some complimentary drinks/nibblies. Please help us keep the bookstore clean by being respectful of where you place empty glasses and garbage.
Friday evening, on October 16, 2026, at the Brome Lake Community Centre Festival Opening Reception, there will be wine and nibblies in the Lobby. Food should be consumed in the lobby, with the exception of water bottles. Please help us keep this venue clean and do not bring food into the auditorium.
Saturday October 17, at the Brome Lake Community Centre, at all Author events, food should be consumed in the lobby, with the exception of water bottles. Please help us keep this venue clean and do not bring food into the auditorium.allowed in the auditorium.
Saturday October 17 evening, at the Theatre Lac-Brome event, there will be a cash bar and snacks for sale. These can be consumed in the theatre lobby.
You cooperation in keeping all of our venues clean is greatly appreciated.
There are washrooms at the Centre Lake-Brome and at the Theatre Lac-Brome. They are open for use during event times only.
Brome Lake Books does not have a public washroom. There is a washroom in the Three Pines Café downstairs from the bookstore, but it is reserved for café patrons and is only accessible during café opening hours.
Public washrooms are available in the village core (Theatre parking lot and at Douglass Beach) and at various restaurants.

Louise Penny's Three Pines Cafe is located at 51, chemin Lakeside, and is downstairs from Brome Lake Books.
Everything inthe Cafe Three Pines Shop has been carefully curated by the Three Pines team.
It is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily EXCEPT Mondays.
